Sunday Worship – October 14, 2018

Air, fire/energy, water, earth–elements critical to all life. Come hear their stories of beauty and struggle at our Green Sanctuary service on October 14th.  UUCSS certified as a Green Sanctuary in 2013.  We live our commitment to respecting the interdependent web of existence by recycling, “greening” our church events and buildings, marching in rallies, promoting sustainably-sourced residential electricity, lobbying our legislators on environmental and climate issues and much more.  We see climate change as one of the, if not THE, biggest challenge facing humanity today.  We know that slowing climate change is an issue of justice because people living on the margins, economically or in other ways, are being hurt already and will suffer the most.

October’s theme is Heritage.

We have one worship service at 10:30 am.  Coffee hour will take place after the service.
