Phi T. Thach received her Associates in Business Administration, Bachelor in Social Work, and Masters in Early Childhood Education in Washington, DC. She has 11 years of experience working with youth with and without special needs and have 5 years of experience in managing up to 15- 25 caseload in working with families and youth to ensuring that all needs of youth and families are met to establish a lifelong goal of independence and self-sufficient behaviors.Phi T. has worked at UUCSS for 8 1/2 years where she has comprehensive experience in the areas of positive behavior support, social and emotional development and collaboration with community, school staff, and families as part of the nursery staff. Phi T. is passionate in working with youth through all stages of their lives to include behavioral and academic needs, addressing and capitalizing on individual strengths, challenges and learning styles to maximize development and achievement of academic and personal goals.
