As prescribed in the Church Constitution, the Church year is from July 1 to June 30. Board and committee terms begin and end on these dates.
The Vice President Finance shall provide the Board with appropriate financial reports on a regular basis.
The Board will meet on a regularly agreed upon schedule. The First Vice President (Corporate) shall prepare an agenda for each Board meeting.
The Board’s executive committee includes the President, Vice President (Corporate), Vice President (Program), Vice President (Personnel), Vice President (Finance) and shall meet on a regularly agreed upon schedule.
Minutes of Board of Trustee meetings shall be made available to any member of the Church within one week after those minutes are approved by the Board; the Board shall determine the best mechanism for making such minutes available, which may be through electronic means or through direct requests from a member to the Board Secretary, who is responsible for providing the minutes.
