“Come Into the Peace of Wild Things,” Wendell Berry invites us. Many in our
community are experiencing grief and “the forethought of grief,” as the poet
describes it. As those who observe Lent prepare for 40 days of reflection,
simplicity, and a certain kind of inner wilderness, we gather for a quiet evening
hour to seek company for the spiritual journey and a glimpse of grace. This
special vespers worship service will be led by Rev. Lyn Cox on Tuesday, March
5, 6:30-7:30, in the sanctuary.
